Our payments: methods, limits and times
We hold your Crusado Casino account in euro or in one of six other currencies, and every method opens at €10 per transaction. The choice that saves you the most time later is a method that also pays out, because we accept Paysafecard and Revolut for deposits only. A card or a cryptocurrency used for your first deposit can be reused for your withdrawal without a second verification of the payment method.

Cards and bank transfer
Visa and Mastercard are capped at €2,000 per deposit, while a bank transfer lets you send €4,000 in one payment and is therefore the route for a larger sum. Card transactions are processed by your issuing bank and may take slightly longer than a wallet payment. If you withdraw a deposit without wagering it at least once, we keep a commission of 15% when the money came from a card or a transfer.
Vouchers and banking apps
Paysafecard keeps your gambling spending separate from your main bank account, because you buy the voucher in advance for a fixed amount. Revolut deposits are limited to €999 per transaction. Neither method is available for withdrawals, so please register a second method before your first payout.
Cryptocurrencies
We accept Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, Cardano, Tether and USD Coin for deposits and withdrawals with a €10 minimum and no published deposit ceiling. We convert the amount to your account currency on arrival. Please check the deposit address and network shown in our cashier against your wallet before you send, because coins sent on the wrong network cannot be recovered.
Withdrawals step by step
- Finish any open bonus wagering, because bonus funds block a payout until the requirement is met.
- Make sure we have accepted your verification documents; a pending check stops the request.
- Open the cashier, pick the method you used for the deposit and enter an amount of at least €10.
- Confirm the request and keep the reference number for our support team.
- Allow our finance team up to 3 business days; they work from 6 AM to 5 PM GMT on weekdays.
We handle requests within 3 business days at levels 1 and 2 and within 1 business day at level 5. Your standard limit is €500 a day and €7,000 a month, so a win of €20,000 at level 1 is paid over three monthly periods. You can have at most three requests pending at the same time, and each deposit must be wagered at least once to avoid the 10% commission.
